Each year, around 7 million children fly without a parent or guardian as unaccompanied minors, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation. Whether it’s visiting distant relatives, traveling between separated parents, or heading to camp, kids often fly solo—while their guardians are left with limited ways to stay connected.

That’s why I designed DOVA—an app that empowers guardians to follow and support a minor’s journey, from planning the trip to safe arrival at their destination.
