About Viviane Vaz Avelar de Carvalho
Viviane is a UI/UX Designer based in Atlanta, originally from the vibrant city of Goiânia, Brazil. With a background in fashion design and a love for creating beautiful, user-friendly experiences, she brings creativity, empathy, and problem-solving to every project.
She currently works as a software tester and supervisor at Delta Air Lines while earning her UI/UX Design certification from Springboard. Her transition from fashion to tech reflects her curiosity, adaptability, and passion for learning new things. Before shifting into digital design, she worked with brands like FILA and Bibhu Mohapatra and received recognition from the International Design Awards and Lexus Charleston Fashion Week.
Viviane is fluent in both Portuguese and English, and she thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments. Her goal is to design meaningful digital experiences that improve people’s everyday lives—ideally while working from somewhere she’s never been before!
